1. License Grant

vDeskX is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a Founder Pro license:

• You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use vDeskX on your personal and work machines.
• Each standard license permits activation on up to 3 computers owned and primarily used by the licensed individual.
• You are entitled to all updates, enhancements, and bug fixes released for the major version purchased (v1.x).

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with vDeskX. Because we provide a fully functional free evaluation mode, we encourage you to test the software on your hardware setup before purchasing. If you encounter an unresolvable technical incompatibility within 14 days of purchase, contact support@vdeskx.com for a full refund.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or circumvent the cryptographic licensing mechanisms of vDeskX, nor redistribute purchased license keys publicly.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

vDeskX is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we thoroughly test across diverse multi-monitor and Windows environments, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all third-party display hardware.
